Free Express UK Delivery (Order before 12pm)

At Simply Hammocks we offer Free Express Delivery (97% arrive next working day) on UK orders. There is no minimum spend so it's free even if you are ordering a large hammock or small fixing. All orders are sent on our Express Service as standard and 97% will arrive the next working day if placed before 12:00. The 3% that don't usually arrive within 2 working days of ordering. Not bad for a free service hey! Where the next day service is not available, you will see a delivery estimate on the product page before you order and on the checkout.

FAQ's


I live in the Scottish Highlands, none UK mainland or Channel Islands?
A delivery surcharge may apply to these address. Please contact us for a quotation if you are ordering from outside mainland UK.

Are you able to allocate delivery slots? Does someone need to be in?
No, If no one is in the courier will leave a note to say they have called so you can arrange a new delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot allocate a delivery slot but most of our orders will arrive the next day if you place your order before 12 noon. You can also leave a note on your door for the courier who may leave it in a safe location for you, but this is done at your own risk.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
For a delivery quotation for a destination outside of the UK please email us providing the full delivery address and items to be purchased.

Damages / accepting the delivery
Please carefully inspect your order and report any issues to us via email or phone. We ask that any problems be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as we can usually resolve them quickly. After this period, resolving issues becomes more challenging, and we reserve the right to decline assistance.
Before accepting and signing for the delivery, customers should check the items and if any damage is suspected ensure that you indicate this when the delivery is signed for. Customers that have received damaged items should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and should provide photographs as evidence.

Do you deliver on bank holidays?
Whilst we offer a brilliant free next day delivery service on all of our orders, during the bank holiday period we close our office to allow our team and our fantastic carriers, time off with their families. In light of this, when placing an order close to bank holiday please bare in mind that this may affect the delivery window on your order. If you would like to receive a delivery eta close to the bank holiday, feel free to contact us.
