Stock Arrival & Pre-Order Update
Important Update Regarding Your Hammock Order
We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the arrival of our next stock delivery from our European partners.
Initially, we were excited to share that this delivery was expected to arrive at our Richmond warehouse around the week of April 14th. However, we've just received news from our partners that they are experiencing a significant increase in demand due to the lovely warm weather across Europe and the UK.
While they are working incredibly hard to get everything processed, this unexpected surge in orders means that the arrival of our new hammock stock is now likely to be delayed until the week commencing April 21st. We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for any impact this delay has on your anticipation of your new hammock.
Good news! We can now confirm that the stock is due to land with us on Tuesday/Wednesday next week (TUE/WED), provided there are no unforeseen transit delays.
Our team is prepared to start shipping all back orders on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (WED/THU/FRI), so customers can expect dispatch notifications during those days. 😊
